On Tuesday afternoon at Carrickalinga House we danced with a Square of Dancers and had a man spare. It was good to come back from our National Convention Break to find we were still able to dance a Square. Jacqueline danced and I called at a number of Clubs on our Trip back from the Convention. We attended Happy Trails at Southport, Alan’s Allemanders at Logan, Burleigh Squares at West Burleigh on the Gold Coast, Taloumby Square Dance Group at Coffs Harbour, B-bar-H at Toukley, Carpenter & Co at Tuggerah and at Acey Squares at Naracoorte. Jacqueline was danced out by the time we arrived home and was happy to have a week to rest up before we started Club dancing again. Remember we are always happy to see new faces come through the door at Victor Harbor Seniors at Carrickalinga House which is right next to the Woolworths / Target Carpark. If you are looking at the front of Target then look right and you will see Carrickalinga House. We start at 1.30pm and the first hour is really easy level – for beginners if we have any.
